Hello! I feel incredibly guilty about the charmed life I have therefore I see it as my duty to do whatever I can to help people who haven't been as lucky as me. I grew up feeling safe, supported and loved and everyone deserves a safety net. Here are some charities that I love doing stuff for:

Comic Relief

You might have heard that I recently rode a tandem from Weymouth to Edinburgh. It was a really stupid idea but I'm glad I did it as it raised £4.6million which is absurd.

National Literacy Trust

Can you believe that there isn't a library in every Primary school? That's shit isn't it. The NLT are on a mission to change that and along with Chris Smith, we're determined to get as many kids reading as possible.

CoppaFeel!

The wonderful Kris Hellenga started this breast cancer awareness charity when she first received her terminal diagnosis. She was the most brilliant and persuasive person and I have loved being part of their mad events over the years. Kris sadly died a few years ago but I think about her all the time and will forever be inspired by her love of life and doing silly stuff.

The Brain Tumour Charity (Lewis Moody Foundation)

I am lucky to call this sensational man a friend. Learning of his recent MND diagnosis is devastating and I will continue to do whatever he needs to raise awareness and money for the causes he supports.

Take Her Lead

Isa Guha is a cricket legend. She's also now a broadcasting legend. She has started this charity to connect girls from underrepresented groups with role models in cricket, helping build confidence and keep girls in the game. Undeniably a brilliant thing.

BBC Children in Need

I've been involved with CiN over the years and will be forever grateful to Pudsey for challenging me to go in a Red Arrow recently. They fund local projects across the UK that support children and young people facing disadvantage.
